A specialty of ours, and one almost no one else local offers: AI that runs on your own hardware, on-site. Your data never leaves the building, there’s no per-token cost no matter how much you use it, and it keeps working without an internet connection. For firms handling sensitive client, legal, financial, or health information, this isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s the only version of AI they can responsibly adopt.

Do you only do on-premises AI?
No. We’re a full AI solutions company — strategy, implementation, and ongoing support, in the cloud or on-premises. On-prem local models are our specialty for firms with confidential data, but most engagements use whatever fits the job. We’re vendor-neutral.
How do we get started?
Most clients begin with a free conversation and a readiness assessment — often our fixed-fee AI Readiness Audit. We map where AI pays off before anyone builds anything, so you start with a plan, not a guess.
Which models and cloud providers do you use?
We’re AWS-first on infrastructure and reach for Anthropic’s models when the economics fit, but we’re not married to any vendor — and sometimes the right answer is an open-weight model running entirely in-house. We recommend what fits your data, budget, and privacy needs.
What does an engagement cost?
We scope to the size of your business. The audit is a fixed fee quoted up front. On-prem deployments have no per-token or per-seat usage bill, so heavy use doesn’t run up a meter. We’ll be transparent about what each step costs before you commit.
Will you tell us if AI isn’t the right move?
Yes — plainly, and before you spend a dollar building. We’d rather be the firm that talked you out of a bad project than the one that sold you one.
